Biscuit 32’ Downeast Lobster Yacht Cruiser

 

This handsome Downeast cruiser was built by the renowned Frank Day Jr. of Brooklin, Maine in 1986, one of a series of honest, elegant, simple and capable Downeast cruisers built at his yard. Biscuit has been well maintained by her owner’s and is in turnkey condition for her next owner. She is highly recommended to those who seek a handsome, able Downeast boat for family picnic outings or simple overnight cruising.

Biscuit has been enjoyed by many most recently in Penobscot Bay at White Head Light Station. Her classic lines and timeless sound makes her enjoyable to many.

ACCOMMODATIONS From the bow, forepeak storage followed by extra-long port and starboard berths with storage beneath and shelving outboard; space aft of starboard berth accommodated an enclosed head with holding tank and deck pump out; extension of engine box provides a table top. Biscuit’s interior is simply finished in white with light buff paint. A simple galley could be built to the port aft of the main cabin.

There are forward and aft cockpit sole hatches and a removable engine cover; storage space below aft decks; cabin hatch is Plexiglass; helm station to starboard, companionway to port.  Hardtop installed in 2000; Hull, deck and interior painted in late 2006
