This is one of only 2 40's that well-respected Fortier Boats built in the late 80's. She was built to the highest yacht finish standards for a long-time Fortier owner who wanted to move up from a 33'. Original name was Gemini. Features include a spacious and well designed 2 stateroom / 2 head layout with a galley down to starboard. Large salon opens to a teak cockpit with transom door, cockpit freezer, bait prep station, and all of the features you'd expect to find in a high end Sportfisherman. Vessel was repowered in 2002 w/ T-380 Hp Volvo's, (900 hours),recently rebuilt 5.5 Kw Norther Lights gen, updated HVAC system, 2007 EZ2CY full enclosure, Micro-Commander Electronic controls, Furuno Navnet 3 system, bottom soda blasted, etc. She's been continuously updated and improved upon from 2002 to now.
