This is one of only 2 40's that well-respected Fortier Boats built in the late 80's. She was built to the highest yacht finish standards for a long-time Fortier owner who wanted to move up from a 33'. Original name was Gemini. Features include a spacious and well designed 2 stateroom / 2 head layout with a galley down to starboard. Large salon opens to a teak cockpit with transom door, cockpit freezer, bait prep station, and all of the features you'd expect to find in a high end Sportfisherman. Vessel was repowered in 2002 w/ T-380 Hp Volvo's, (900 hours),recently rebuilt 5.5 Kw Norther Lights gen, updated HVAC system, 2007 EZ2CY full enclosure, Micro-Commander Electronic controls, Furuno Navnet 3 system, bottom soda blasted, etc. She's been continuously updated and improved upon from 2002 to now. Aftercoolers recently serviced, new cutlass bearings, props reconditioned, new AGM batteries 2017. Full Custom Fairclough winter cover included.
