The owners of this beautiful fresh water 2006 Formula 40 PC have decided it's time to go bigger. This vessel is equipped with the desired Pod driven Volvo Penta IPS 500's. Along with the pods this 40 PC is also equipped with a bow thruster making maneuvering a breeze. A hydraulic swim platform makes loading/unloading a dingy or PWC a one person job. Abundant engine room access is gained thru a nearly full beam hydraulic hatch. The cockpit is quite spacious and offers a center windshield walk thru to reach the bow. The camper top enclosure offers screened windows for ventilation and when sun is desired it can be enjoyed out on the bow cushions. Raymarine electronics at the helm and a open arm radar unit on the hardtop allow to plot and safely navigate courses. A cockpit refrigerator will keep the beverages cool. There is ample storage for fenders and lines in a storage locker located aft of the cockpit.
The cabin of this 40 PC is well appointed and can easily accommodate 4 guests in separate quarters. The salon and galley offer a very open layout to accommodate owners and guests without that cramped feeling. The galley offers everything a vessel of this size should have to prepare those onboard meals. The head offers a separate stand up shower and plenty of additional storage. The forward cabin has a walk around berth with plenty of lockers and drawers for all the necessities for weekend getaways. The aft berth is accomplished with some filler cushions and can easily accommodate 2 adults and offers plenty of storage as well. There are privacy sliding doors in the forward berth and a sliding curtain for privacy in the aft berth. Both berths have their own flat screen TV's and DVD player. There is also is a flat screen TV and entertainment center in the salon and plenty of additional storage lockers.
Both engines were serviced when the boat was prepped for the winter. Boat is currently located at Treasure Island Marina and can be easily viewed.
