It is rare indeed to come across a vessel that has enjoyed the care and custody by her longtime owner who truly understands what is required to maintain a vessel of this pedigree in top condition and "NIRVANA" is such a vessel. Her owners have enjoyed many hours of passage-making up to the Pacific Northwest and Glacier Bay. She will certainly impress even the most fastidious of yachtsman and provide her next owners with years of enjoyment and cruising memories. The owner completed an exhaustive detailing project to include complete take down of bright-work and re-varnish and a complete cut, polish, and wax job on the exterior fiberglass - she is truly standing tall and ready for her next adventure. Please contact the owner's agent for further details or to schedule a personal inspection.
Fleming Yachts have long been considered the “Ultimate Cruising Yacht” designed a classic low-profile motor yacht with a true dedicated pilothouse configuration – that never seems to go out of style.
Boarding the vessel is made easy by two boarding gates that are conveniently close to dock level on port and starboard allowing access to the wide walk-around side-decks; egressing to the stern there is two-double sliding doors aft. Entering the vessel into the open salon with L-settee on port with fixed custom engineered hi/lo table; you will note the generous use of fine joinery work in Burmese grade teak throughout the vessel. The large U-shape galley is on port with ample counter and storage space and a full-size refrigerator on starboard.
Centerline with of the vessel egress downstairs to the guest accommodations; guest cabin on portside with twin single berths; ample drawer and hanging locker space; guest head is on starboard with separate stall shower, head, and basin; Splendide washer/dryer combo, teak and holly sole; both heads equipped with Head Hunter - Royal Flush FW marine toilets; continuing forward is the spacious master cabin with ensuite head with separate stall shower, head and basin; the master-stateroom has a Queen-Island berth and an abundance of hanging locker and drawer storage.
Returning to the galley and up (2) stairs to the dedicated pilothouse that has a raised comfortable L-settee on the portside; well laid-out helm-station with fixed helm-seat with easy access to the Navionics and excellent visibility for the captain; there are two access sliding doors to the side-decks on port and starboard.
Up and centerline is access to the flybridge with upper-helm on the portside with double bench seat; large L-shape settee with storage and fixed FRP table on starboard and bench seat with storage located aft of helm-seat on port; there is a dumb-waiter from the galley to the flybridge which makes getting refreshments to the flybridge a much easier task. The aft deck is spacious and there is a dedicated area for tender storage along with a fixed arm davit for deployment and retrieval of a tender.
The Portuguese bridge forward of the pilothouse is a key safety factor on any real cruising vessel. The teak decks provide a proper non-skid surface – also a factor when choosing a true cruising yacht. The substantial dual ground tackle system allows deployment and retrieval from the foredeck, pilothouse and flybridge.
