“ IMPECCABLE “

Rare Yacht Ownership Opportunity

“Impeccable” is a semi-custom Finngulf 43 racer-cruiser designed by a legendary naval architect Bruce Farr and built with famed Scandinavian craftsmanship in Finland as the seventh of a ten-yacht series. She combines superior speed and performance with grace, comfort and safety of a fully equipped cruising yacht. Imagine being the owner of this superior performance sailing yacht that includes heat, air conditioning, generator, refrigerator, oven, solar panel, inverter, smart TV, stereo system with Bose outdoor speakers, three teak-lined cabins, teak-lined salon, two private enclosed heads with showers and non-slip teak decking. Yet, you can be one of the last to leave the port and the first to arrive at your favorite anchoring destination.

Epoxy Hull and Carbon Fiber Mast

Epoxy infused hull technology creates a hull that is lighter (by about 30%), stiffer and stronger than fiberglass hulls used for production boats. The weight savings of the hull and the stronger and stiffer hull translate into superior speed and performance. Other features that contribute to Impeccable’s superior performance are its deep (8’7”) cast iron keel with antimony-hardened lead streamlined bulb at the bottom of the keel and an Off Shore Spars carbon fiber mast that is stronger and 40% to 60% lighter than aluminum masts used on production boats. The significantly lighter mast and the deep streamlined keel combine to significantly reduce pitching (hobby horsing) and heeling, resulting in a significantly smoother ride, enhanced safety and stability. Even the rudder has been designed with performance in mind. The rudder is made of epoxy foam that is laminated with an epoxy layer, making it strong and light. A saildrive, a folding propeller and covers for through holes further contribute to smooth sailing. Additionally, unlike standard fiberglass hulls, epoxy hulls do not blister or undergo osmosis and therefore have significantly longer useful life than fiberglass hulls used in production boats (hull warranties are generally 4 years for fiberglass hulls and 15 years for epoxy hulls).

?“Impeccable’s” owners spared no expense in building this yacht (e.g., epoxy hull is three times more expensive than a fiberglass hull, carbon fiber mast is three times more expensive than an aluminum mast and teak is three times more expensive than other woods because it does not warp and is insect resistant). No detail has been overlooked. Impeccable was sailed only in fresh water and stored in heated in-door storage. With 218 engine hours, it has a long-life time left. Imagine owning a yacht that will live up to the standards of the most discerning yachtsman.
