Vessel walkthrough

MELIA's unique configuration makes her the perfect private yacht or mothership for the adventurous owner that likes to explore the far flung corners of their cruising grounds, or beyond.

Starting on the main level aft deck, currently a 32' Intrepid Center Console* sits in a secure, welded aluminum cradle centerline. With a stout 27'4" beam on MELIA, there is plenty of room down each side for additional storage and access to the entire length of the boat.

Moving forward on the main deck, you enter into the very spacious salon, large dining area with seating for 8-10 guests, an office with wraparound desk and a commercial galley fit for a 5-star chef. There is also a day head, and a spiral staircase to both upper and lower decks. Crew quarters to accommodate up to 4 crew are just to port, off the galley, and in the forward pantry is a second full-size washer dryer, and additional storage, as well as access to the chain locker. Walkaround side decks allow for easy line handling, and crew entry/egress without disturbing guests in the salon or dining area.

Below deck you will find 3 guest staterooms that can sleep up to 11, plus a very spacious primary stateroom with a large king size bed, massive walk-in shower and additional private office space. Forward is the crew pantry with another full size washer dryer, and loads of storage for provisions, linens etc.

Engine room access is via the lower deck hallway, or from the fantail into the Lazarette aft, which is very large and allows for storage of all kinds for longer trips - including access to the full-size walk in cooler, and ice bin where 1,500lbs of ice per day can be made for use aboard any vessel in the fleet.

Up the spiral staircase lies the pilothouse. Here, there is a centerline helm, with navigation and communication stations to starboard and port. A corner settee is aft to starboard with a solid surface table. Out either side door allows access to the bow, with ground tackle and windlass via the Portuguese bridge, or around aft on the bridge deck sites the 22' CC RIB tender with twin 90hp Evinrude engines.

Up yet another level to the flybridge, there is a full set of controls for dockside maneuvering, the communications mast with mounted radar, as well as a 6 person hot tub to round out the picture.
