AN EXCEPTIONAL 24 YEAR OWNER LOVED AND TALL STANDING ERICSON.
MUST SEE TO APPRECIATE.
For those looking for a sloop between 34 and 37, this is a great boat. New to the market and well loved by the 2nd owner of 24 years, no expense has been is spared keeping her upgraded and standing tall. Almost every imaginable system on the boat has been replaced or upaded including all hoses, pumps and refrigeration. Down below is practically "Bristol" and above deck is still above average. Rigging redone as well.
Many customers have been looking for a 36 Catalina, but the Ericson 35-300 was one of Bruce Kings greatest designed and she is overbuilt and can handle the weather. Both a light wind sailor as well as capable and fast in heavy weather.
Don't let her age fool you, there are boats much much newer that are not in this kind of condition and her design was ahead of it's time and still goes toe to toe in curb appeal as many boats 1/2 her age.
Recently appraised at $44,000.
