Here's a great sailing boat with two separate sleeping areas at a price you can afford. With her Universal diesel, wheel and lines led to the cockpit she is easy to sail and comfy to live in. Some spit and polish will make her value go up but current owner has just bought a bigger boat and has priced her to allow the next owner plenty of room to make this fine vessel their own.

V berth hatch and memory foam in cushions

Newer faucet and check valve in toilet with new lid

Galley has a standing refrigerator as well as Ice box, alcohol stove and micro wave oven and a sink.

Engine always maintained with a one year old alternator and rebuilt fuel tank. A rebuilt exhaust system and cleaned fuel and water hoses.

Teak and holly faux carpeting over newer algrip painted floor.

Upgraded cabin light both AC and DC and a new ( uninstalled in the box ) 50 w solar panel.

Newer standing and running rigging with mast double coated in black paint. This was at a cost of $5,000 ( receipts available ).

11hp 2 cyl Universal diesel a 3 blade prop and newer prop shaft, strut bearing, packing gland at a cost of over $1,500.

Adjustable whisker pole with additional good sails and custom canvas by Mare co. Sails.

Late model engine panel at a cost of over $600.
