THIS 37FT ENDEAVOR KETCH, 1978 - IS FOR SALE AND LOCATED IN KEMAH, TEXAS

This beautiful Endeavour named Tradewind has a spacious open floor plan perfect for entertaining and relaxing aboard. Entering from the large cockpit down the companion way, the enclosed owner's double berth is on portside with a guest double berth on starboard. The owner's berth has a hanging locker, a chest with two drawers and a seat with storage and two drawers under the berth. It has a large opening port with a screen and a small opening hatch overhead. Forward of the guest berth is the navigation station with a large teak opening top desk. A U-shaped galley is starboard with a three-burner propane stove and oven, double sink, 120v/12v refrigerator and a 700 watt microwave. The head is directly across on port. A roomy saloon features a U-shaped settee with table. The leaves fold down for room and the entire table drops to make a king-sized bed. Forward of the settee is a very large storage area, then continuing forward there is another spacious storage area just aft of the chain locker. She has been really well cared for as you can see in the pictures. Comes equipped wih a VHF radio, GPS, Sirius ready cd player, TV and Dvd player. She is priced to sell and will not last long.

Hull painted and bottom job 2012.

Cockpit cushions and interior cushions replaced 2012.

Running rigging replaced 2012.

All 10 ports replaced with New Found Metals ports with screens 2012.

LED navigation lights (3nm) replaced 2013.

Bottom job 2014.

Engine top-half rebuilt 2014. Rebuilt valves, rockers, injectors, new lift pump, rebuilt high pressure fuel pump, rebuilt starter.

New bronze 3-blade 16x17LH prop 2014.

Topsides painted 2015.

VHF radio with GPS and AIS receiver and remote microphone 2015.
