The Endeavour 44 Trawler Cat is widely regarded as a well-built, spacious, and exceptionally comfortable 44-foot power catamaran. With impressive interior volume, confident handling, and excellent cruising characteristics, the Endeavour 44 has earned a strong reputation as a capable platform for coastal cruising, Caribbean adventures, and, perhaps most notably, America's Great Loop.
Headquartered in Florida, Endeavour 44 Trawler Cats were reportedly manufactured between 2001 and 2012, with the last documented hull long believed to be Nine Lives, reported as Hull #49.
Then there is Lady Diane.
Her story adds an interesting little twist to the Endeavour 44 history. Her HIN, ECR44350F314, identifies her as Hull #50, completed in 2014. For years, #49 was believed to be the end of the line. Somehow, #50 quietly followed-and Lady Diane may very well be the final Endeavour 44 Trawler Cat ever completed.
Built for her original owner, Lady Diane was purchased by her current owners in 2021 with a wonderful plan in mind: the Great Loop. Their journey began in Florida, continued north through Georgia, and ultimately brought Lady Diane to the Chesapeake Bay.
Along the way, the owners were blessed with new family members entering the world, and priorities naturally changed. The Great Loop can wait. Family cannot. Rather than continuing the journey they had originally envisioned, they have chosen to embrace this exciting new chapter and enjoy the blessings that come with an expanding family.
She is ready for her next adventure so call for an appointment. She will not disappoint!

Cons
Maintenance Costs: Like any vessel, the Endeavour Catamaran Corp 44 requires regular maintenance, which can become costly over time.
Maneuverability: While catamarans are stable, their size and layout can make them less maneuverable in tight spaces compared to monohulls.
Initial Purchase Price: The upfront cost of purchasing a catamaran can be higher than that of a monohull, which might be a consideration for budget-conscious buyers.
Docking and Mooring: The wider beam of catamarans can make docking and mooring more challenging in certain marinas that are not designed for larger vessels.
Limited Windward Performance: While catamarans excel in many conditions, they may not point as well into the wind as some monohulls, which sailors should be aware of when planning routes.
Fuel Dependency: While the vessel is designed for optimal sailing, heavy reliance on auxiliary engines for maneuvering may lead to increased fuel costs, especially on longer trips.
