NPG (Neo Penttyle Glycol) gelcoat is used for optimum mechanical resistance and mirror finish. Molded inner structure glued and laminated to the hull. The deck is vacuum infused multi-axial laminate, partly polyester - PVC sandwich construction for thermo and sound isolation. The deck is glued and bolted to the flange on the hull. The joint is protected with custom designed aluminum toe-rail.
