The 40 Egg Harbor Motoryacht was one of the last of the classic flush deck motor yacht designs built by a major U.S. manufacturer. A practical and straightforward cruising yacht, her spacious 2 stateroom interior layout is centered around a salon that seems larger than it's dimensions might suggest. An enormous U-shaped galley is down from the salon level to port. Forward of the head is the day/guest head and in the bow is the guest stateroom with vee berths and lots of storage. There is a built-in stackable washer/dryer aboard and the aft Master features a walkaround queen, a full walk size hanging locker, built in drawer storage and a spacious head with stall shower. Topsides, the fully covered aft deck is large enough for entertaining a large party, the aft deck helm station featured a center line helm, good storage, chart area and built in electronics storage overhead. There are wing doors to wide side decks and a ladder from the aft deck accesses the flybridge and the bridge station is centerline with helm seat and companion bench seats to port and starboard. The bow foredeck features a molded in seat forward of the salon forward windshields.
