PRICE HAS BEEN REDUCED BY $20,000
The Egg Harbor name has been around since 1946. The company has gone thru a number of Owners, but has always emerged as one of the best built and styled recreational yachts on the market. This 1987 version is currently with only its 3rd Owner/ caretaker. There is a logbook going back to the first Owner detailing repairs and maintenance. Her engines are running extremely well due to the meticulous care taken of them since Day One. Recently, for ease of maintenance, the superstructure has been Awl-gripped, covering a lot of the exterior teak to eliminate the need for varnish. Covering boards and swim platform are treated rather than varnished, again for ease of maintenance and that pleasing teak "look". The interior is clean and orderly, ready for use now, or with fresh "soft goods" to please the taste of a new Owner.
All in all, a solid vessel that can be purchased at a reasonable price.
Come take a look and see for yourself.
