2016 Edgewater 368 Center Console for sale in Rockledge, Florida. All new (2025) Yamaha Helm Master EX digital electric steering, autopilot panel, display and joystick giving you ultimate control over the triple 300 hp Yamaha 4 stroke outboard engines with just over 600 hours. Gone the trouble prone hard to find parts almost 10 year old Optimus electronic/ hydraulic.
A family friendly center console design; the console has been expanded quite a bit to make room for a comfy, air-conditioned cabin. The walk-in console cabin is perfect for a couples weekend getaway: a galley to prepare a quick meal equipped with newer stainless refrigerator, microwave and small dinnette. Rest comfortably as you chill with 12V air conditioning in the full-sized berth. The fit and finish of Edgewater quality is obvious in the natural wood and subdued lighting. Another sandbar option is cooking on the electric grill located behind the large helm.
With a capacity of 14 persons, cruise the inland waterways with friends to dinners and sandbars. Comfortable seating is found throughout the boat from the three-across helm and mezzanine seating all the way to the bow wraparound seating. Forward in the bow retractable table, stereo speakers and wrap around seating, here the 368 is more family than hard core fishing. (Cushions not shown in photos, they are stored) If you chose to use the new bow thruster for docking you can, but with the Yamaha EX Helm it's no longer a necessity. Dropping the anchor simply use the windless in a concealed anchor locker in the bow.
At its core the 368 is a fishing platform. Mounted on the lightweight carbon fiber hardtop a set of Taco outriggers and Garmin 4' open array radar to spot birds. Electric reel outlets for deep dropping The transom houses a 45 gallon livewell, a pair of 200-quart integrated, insulated fishboxes live in the deck, there's a bait-prep station with a sink in the transom, fresh and raw water washdowns. Twin Garmin MFDs at helm, smaller Garmin aft facing in cockpit. LED lighting throughout. Enjoy adjustable electric Captains seat and excellent visibility from helm thru windshield of frameless design that eliminates glare without distorting your view, even when you look through the curves in the sides. The twin-step hull design using the Single Piece Infusion Technology creates a lightweight (under 8500 lbs) quick ride to the fishing grounds. Owner reports comfortable cruise of 33 knots at 3700 rpm burning only 1.4mpg. Yes, it will top out well over 50 kts.
