"Iris" comes on the market for the first time from a single owner. Always kept indoors in the winter months and used gently during the summers. The doughdish is a fiberglass version of the original 1914 Nathanael Herreshoff 16' footer built to withstand the unpredictable winds and chop of Buzzard's Bay single-handed. Gaff-rigged and classically dressed with pure white hull sides and a red bottom. She is a comfortable, first-rate daysailer to be enjoyed by sailors eager to learn or appreciators of fine craftsmanship and style. Gleaming brightwork and a galvanized road trailer makes her the perfect package to be enjoyed anywhere until this summer's end.

Currently stored privately and can be seen by scheduled appointment.
