Classic Dyer downeast design. Great durable sea boat. FWC Chrysler M-383 inboard engine professionally serviced. Methodical care and updates to vessel. Plenty of deck space to fish or lounge. Functional cuddy cabin with enclosed head, Vee berth forward and useful counters to port. Recent navy style bimini and sides. Launched for the summer (May 29, 2025)
New bronze raw water strainer. Completely rebuilt engine water pump (shaft seals rotors and all - new) New Alternator. Intercooler flushed. Valve cover gaskets replaced. New hoses. Only superficial rust on cast iron engine block and transmission. Batteries relocated to stern for easier access, benefitting from full sized copper cables. Battery selector switch also positioned aft. Bilge pump is accessible and float switch wired directly. Two fire extinguishers. Two deck boxes/seats stored ashore. New oil and fuel filter. Fuel lines were replaced with metal feeds.
Windshield rebuilt and new safety glass installed. Steering wheel spokes revarnished, helm made of chrome polished brass. Two VHF radios and Garmin GPS. Radar arch was removed and deck holes glassed over. New sizable teak swim platform installed with 1/4" SS backing plates -making for easy and secure boarding. Teak trim.
