Certain items would benefit from attention, including the Lofrans electric windlass, which requires rebuilding, and an unresolved electrical supply issue affecting the Frigoboat refrigerator/freezer. The sails are serviceable, while the original standing rigging should be professionally inspected. Additional 110V outlets may also be desirable.

No current marine survey is available, and buyers are encouraged to conduct independent inspections and a survey.

The vessel is currently anchored rather than marina-docked. Showings are available by advance appointment and require additional coordination. Serious, qualified inquiries are encouraged.
