"Acadia" is an excellent example of this classic Downeast cruising yacht. She was designed by Spencer Lincoln and built by Duffy and Duffy in Brooklin Maine and finished by "Mac" Pettegrow in Southwest Harbor, ME to an exceptionally high standard. She was re-powered in 2007 with a 480 HP Cummins QSB 5.9 engine and she has been meticulously maintained and upgraded since her current owners purchased her in 2021.

Immediatey, upon entering Acadia from the cockpit, one is aware of the abundance of light and visibility, enhance by all new upholstery.
The Main Salon features long settees on the port snd starboard sides. Forward on the starboard side is the helm station, complete with new navigation equipment and opposite on the port side is a comfortable co-pilot's settee for keeping the captain company or just enjoying a cup of morning coffee.
Forward of the Nav station, and down three steps is a well-appointed galley with a 3 burner Force 10 propane stove with oven and broiler.
Opposite the galley is a "wet" head with toilet and stall shower.
Forward of the galley and the head is a generously sized V-berth.
The entire interior is well lit and has ample ventilation with opening hatches and ports.
- In the main salon the helm is to starboard with a wide bench style helm seat and opening center window.
- Opposite the helm is a custom bureau with 4 drawers and two lockers below.
- The top of the bureau has a cushion for seating for passenger.
- Portside aft of the bureau is a full length settee.
- There are 2 huge storage compartments under each settee.
- Great visibility with large windows all around and swing-out raised panel mahogany french doors with windows opening aft to the aft cockpit.
