She is a 1958 but she was refit in 2014/15 and is ready to go again. Built in De Vries Lentsch boat yard in Holland. She is a very unique Steel Ketch with Spruce Main and Mizzen Masts. The standing rigging was all made new around 1998 by the previous owner who had her for 20 years. No expense was spared with the poured socket bronze fittings and at that time the masts and boom were taken apart and re-glued them with epoxy resin glue. It was all taken apart in 2014, and the spreaders were refastened and all of the mast fittings and the sail tracks were fitted with new stainless when it was re-assembled, also 6 coats of spar varnish were put on the masts. Cables were inspected and show no sign of stress when they were down. Here is just a few of the many new and rebuilt items.
