The Delta 38 is a heavily built commercial boat designed to operate efficiently for decades. This one has a COI for 21 passengers for the Pacific Ocean and twin diesel Cat 3116TA engines. It is o low profile design, vee bottom of molded fiberglass construction with flybridge steering.
The last USCG Certificate of Inspection was issued 12/20/2020 and was due to expire 8/12/2025 but has been marked Expired due to an inspection conducted in 2022 that found several non structural deficiencies that have not been corrected. The Non Profit started using a local charter boat for their excursions and have not attempted to get the COI renewed and have decided to sell the boat.
