"Woodwind" is an Alan Pape design Cuttyhunk 41 Ketch, her construction was started at the John Sears Ltd. yard in Penryn, England, and completed at the Williams Yard in March 1976. Her first owner initially sailed her to Antigua and eventually to the Chesapeake, followed by a round trip trans-Atlantic crossing to Ireland. In 1980 she berthed at Hartge Yacht Yard, and was sold in 1996 to her second owner who refitted her for a round the world journey. When those plans did not pan out she was sold to her current owner in 2000, who has spared no expense in keeping her in top shape.

She has always been known as Woodwind and is truly a fine world cruising ketch, designed and built to take you anywhere. Will you be the owner for her next journey?
