MANTRA represents an opportunity to acquire a beautiful Sabreline 47' owned in a single asset LLC.
The Sabreline 47 Cockpit Motor Yacht was a very successful limited edition semi-custom production yacht with over forty built in Casco Maine. One of the most popular downeast style motoryachts on the market. Her rugged good looks, beautiful interior and classic style set her apart from other yachts in her class. Comfortable in rough, offshore conditions and capable of smooth running at top speeds of 18-20 knots, this yacht has earned a reputation for seaworthiness, reliability, safety and comfort.
The yacht features a modified deep-vee hull with a 14 degree deadrise angle at the transom. Wide chines with a slight down angle help get her on the plane quickly. Long spray rails keep her deck and windshield dry. Unlike some trawler yachts which may resemble her, the 47 is a spirited performer when you need her to be. Many power boaters have come to recognize the benefits of greater performance. When the day's itinerary calls for a long run, the Sabreline 47 can cover the distance in far less time. If a weekend is all the time you have available, there are far more destinations to see at higher speeds. If the weather turns quickly or conditions worsen, it's nice to be able to run the yacht faster to make the crew more comfortable and the trip as short as possible. Dropping down to trawler speed at 8 knots she has a range of 865 miles burning 5 GPH.
The Sabre 47 offers the best in deck hardware and design. Wide side decks with large diameter, stainless steel hand rails add to the beauty and functionality of her deck.
The aft owners cabin is huge with a centerline queen berth, loads of storage and direct access to the cockpit. Both private staterooms feature large ensuite heads with separate stall showers. The forward head even has a washer dryer tucked into a cabinet adjacent to the stall shower.
The engine room is very spacious and access to all sides of the engines and other components is terrific. Another stand out feature is the large Fly Bridge and aft sun deck w/ dinghy storage and a davit. The cockpit is excellent for boarding, line handling, fishing and swimming off the platform.
