Lady Aline is a trawler, but is a specific style and layout similar to a wooden Biloxi Lugger but without the headaches. She is comfortable and safe on long passages over open water such as trips to the Bahamas, but her roots are in the barrier islands of the Gulf Coast. The Chandeleur Islands are the most famous of these. This bird sanctuary has been in place long before humans, and it is teeming with redfish and trout. The nearby Biloxi Marsh is a fisherman and duck hunters paradise. These Biloxi Lugger style boats make excellent motherships for fishing skiffs that are carried on the roof or daisy chained in tow. This custom trawler's hull was built to commercial charter standards, but has been a private boat her whole life. Her layout is perfect for large families, a group of friends, or a charter business. Lady Aline has made trips across the open Gulf to the Florida Keys and Bahamas. She is a seaworthy vessel that is given the upmost love, care and attention.
