Another distinctive advantage of the 45 Cantius is the placement of the water, fuel intake, and pump-out portals/locations. Many competitive yachts this size have two fuel tanks with one intake portal on each side of the boat. Some even have two holding tanks similarly placed. Not the 45 Cantius! One intake portal each exists for fuel and water, as well as for the pump-out portal. All are situated on the starboard (Captain's) side of the vessel.
