A few steps down bring you to the climate-controlled interior of the 3270 Esprit, which contains a galley, dinette, two berths, and a convertible dinette which can be configured as a third guest berth. The galley is located to port, and comes with a new induction cooktop, a new Dometic refrigerator, a double sink, a microwave, and plenty of storage throughout. The main cabin is forward, and includes a double bed, a hanging locker, drawer storage, and a curtain for privacy. The second cabin is situated aft, and includes another double bed. There is also a head on the starboard side which can be used as a shower.
"Water Doxie" has been recently upgraded with fresh interior carpet, updated exterior upholstery, a new Garmin chartplotter, a new VHF radio, and a windlass. The boat comes powered with a pair of 260hp 5.7L Mercruiser engines with less than 1,000 hours.
