If you want to sail at 15+knots, yet maintain a flat, smooth ride, the Contour 30 MKII is your choice. The Cole Beadon design is a unique blend of practicality, performance, and innovation. This trailerable trimaran has an overall beam of 23'10" that reduces to a compact 8'6" by using retracting amas. She draws 5'9" with the daggerboard down, but is easily beached with 1'4" board up. She is equipped with a rotating mast and self tacking jib. The tiller can be handled anywhere in the cockpit and all lines, including the simple amas controls, lead aft. The cabin is surprisingly comfortable with a v-berth, two 6'3" settees that convert, an enclosed head, and 6'2" of headroom.
The sails, tramps, cabin cushions, motor, and inflatable have been recently replaced from being damaged while stored in the Owners condo. This boat has been lightly used and the major equipment is truly like new.
