(LOCATION: Tarpon Springs FL) The Conyplex Contest 31  is an excellent daysailer with family room. This sturdy Dutch built sloop combines classic styling and spacious accommodations.

On deck we have an aft cockpit with wraparound seating, Magna grill, and centerline helm pedestal. The stepped aluminum mast is hinged and folds back. She has main, genoa, storm sail, and working jib with updated running rigging. Auxiliary power is provided by a Volvo 25-hp diesel engine. For thin water access there is a Pilot 10.5� dinghy with 2.5-hp Suzuki outboard.

The interior has ample headroom, teak joinery and sole. The salon is open with facing settees, chart table, quarter berth, and galley. The galley is equipped with a single-burner propane stove, ice box, and large stainless steel sink.

Forward is a cabin with v-berth, under-berth storage, drawer storage, and hanging locker. The head compartment has a compost toilet.

This 31 HT is well maintained and ready to sail. Electronics include Garmin 70EV Ecomap GPS, West Marine sound system, and ship to shore radio.
