This Concorde 40 is a CREAM PUFF. The current owner has completely renovated the boat, including custom interior, teak decks, bridge enclosure, generator, icemaker & refrigerator, Awlgrip, toilet and plumbing, holding tank, fresh water tank, hot water tank, electrical panel, AC master control switch, even the rear bulkhead and sliding doors have been replaced. The 330 HP Chrysler 440's have only 450 hours! Steering from the Flybridge or lower station in main salon.
