This Com-Pac 27/2 is in nice condition with a new Bimini (2021), New Sail Cover (2021)and newer Sails (2017). She has been maintained, stored and serviced by a marina focused on sailboats.

Built in the traditional Hutchins style with stainless steel ports, stainless steel deck hardware, and extensive application of interior teak.

The Com-Pac 27/2 is a joy to sail. She is fast, tracks well, maneuvers tightly, and accelerates swiftly. All while maintaining a comfortable feel and balanced helm.
