A classic 5.5 meter racing design from the 1950's, build with modest overnighting accommodations by Columbia Yachts in 1968 as the Columbia Sabre. She is narrow, heavily ballasted full keel design that is a delight to sail. She has the classic lines of a vintage yacht.
Breezing Up was launched in 2010 after extensive restoration. Nearly all components were removed and either restored or replaced. The topsides and deck were awlgripped before hardware and brightwork were installed and the bright work varnish renewed. The topsides were awlgripped again in 2014.
The interior has been upgraded but not fully restored. The new owner has the option of continuing the interior restoration while enjoying a classic daysailer yacht.
