There is no generator but does have AC which runs off shore power. There are also no electronics or autopilot as the boat has been used primarily as a day cruiser on a lake/Mississippi River in Minnesota.
The owners are willing to vacate their slip in the Lake City Marina.
This boat is currently shrinkwrapped and stored for winter. Viewing of it would be tricky as it is tall on its blocks and would be hard to climb up a ladder and then through the shrinkwrap.
