She is currently stored out of water and under cover at Safe Cove Inc. in Port Charlotte. She has been very well kept and used seasonally by the current owner, a knowledgeable Yachtsman and she is fully insured."

This Chris Craft 45 Flushdeck is the 2 stateroom model with an Island Queen aft and a Queen Pullman fwd w/a single upper bunk. The Large Salon has several cushy chairs and tasteful decor. The Galley is up with all the amenities. The 2 Heads both have dedicated showers with the master having a tub/shower. The Aft Deck has the lower helm, large deck table, wet bar and wing doors.
