This fiberglass model of Chris-Craft's famous Aquahome is indeed a floating "Condo On Water" and has a beautiful liveaboard slip available. Entering from either side through screened, sliding glass doors, you find yourself in the spacious, carpeted living room. Forward and downstairs is the guest cabin with two double beds, plenty of storage and a separate head area. The living room has new draperies that match the convertible sofa and the adjustable blinds over the large windows provide a bright, airy feeling. There are two armchairs, a bar cabinet, rollout table that seats six for dinner and a TV. the inside steering station is located on the starboard, forward side. Step down into the fully equipped galley with fridge/freezer, 3-burner stove and oven, microwave and toaster oven. A large sink, plenty of work space and storage and a counter with two bar stools completes this area. downstairs is the main cabin with a large queen size bed. Spacious hanging closets and a wicker bureau provide ample storage and the washer/dryer has its own enclosed closet. The head features a shower and tub as well as a large sink. Access to the aft sun deck is through a sliding hatch and door. The exterior presents a huge amount of room for relaxing and sunbathing, including a swim platform. The forward raised outside steering station has wrap-around seating and excellent visibility. Extras on this vessel include central A/C, central vacuum system, outside freshwater shower, canvas window covers and a bimini. External stereo speakers, life preservers, a Raytheon 16-mile radar, engine synchronizers and S/S railings. There is a 6.5KW generator, which the present owner has never used and an 11'Achilles RIB with Suzuki 15hp outboard. This vessel needs a little TLC to make it perfect.
