This classic 1987 Chris-Craft 362 Catalina is a solid boat with a great layout and features. It has two 270-horsepower Crusader engines with 1400 hours on them.
The flybridge can be completely enclosed with the bimini and isinglass. The boat sleeps 8 people and has a large saloon, aft cabin and forward cabin.
The boat has had four owners in its lifetime and, from what we know, has split that time between salt and fresh water. It is currently on the St. Johns River in fresh water.
Transmissions: Paragon Onboard Power: Onan 6.5 kw generator / Three 27DC batteries for house systems and engines, and one smaller battery for an emergency backup and that powers the generator / Onboard consta-volt battery maintainer and charger unit
Steering: HydraulicHull: Modified V designFuel Capacity: Twin 125 gallon gas online tanks, 250 gallons total. Port tank feeds generator. Fresh Water Capacity: 150 gallons in two tanks underneath aft bed. Black Tank Capacity: 40 gallons.
Bilge Pumps: One forward, one aft, and 2 midship, with one of the midship ones acting as an auxiliary backup running off of the generator/emergency battery.
Hot water: Single 6 gallon tank feeding a forward sink, galley sink, aft sink, and aft shower.
Heads: Forward and aft electric raw water heads, each equipped with a Jabsco macerator.
Air conditioning: Two reversible (standard marine style heat pump that can cool or heat) units, a larger one that services the forward cabin, galley, and salon area and smaller one that services the aft cabin. Each one has independent controls.
Hookups: Two 30amp electrical inlets, fresh city water connection, fresh water fill, waste pump out cam lock fitting and hose.
Navigation: Garmin UHD Sonar and ChartplotterSafety: CO and smoke detectors in forward, midship, and aft cabins. Fume detector in engine room. Automatic fire suppression system in engine room. High water level alarm in bilge.
Realtime live video and audio camera feed from engine room with automatic detection of alarms.
City water hookup is equipped with a pressure regulator.
