"Chesapeake" is a Fiberglass Chesapeake Bay style deadrise, Very heavily built with Commercial style fendering, Proud bow. with keel and a traditional "Barn Door" style rudder offering complete running gear protection. In a previous life, she served time as an Educational Vessel for the Chesapeake Bay Foundation. Open cockpit, 8 flush mounted rod holders, LED Spreader lights, large extended hardtop. There is a very nice 4 sided Strataglass enclosure for the space beneath the hardtop. The hardtop frame, handrails, Radar Mast and custom swim ladder have all been coated with a Bedliner material for a corrosion-free life. Stbd side cockpit control station with Hydro-Slave steering and shift /throttle. Powered by a Cummins 6CTA8.3 430hp direct drive engine (2841 hrs), and a ZF Marine Transmission with trolling valve, she will cruise at 18 kts (at a reported 10-12 gph), top out at 21 kts and with the trolling valve engaged, slow down to a crawl. Twin 90 gallon fuel tanks with crossover valve, Oil Changing system for the engine and gear. Battery charger, engine room heater for cold weather. Huge lounging pad on top of the motorbox. Pilothouse with Reverse Cycle Heat/Air-conditioning (when plugged into the dock). Dinette table large enough for 4 adults (converts into a sleeper), hanging locker for raingear, etc. LED Overhead lighting, TV/DVD player on custom fold-down mount, Stereo with cabin and cockpit Bose speakers, Furuno Radar/GPS, Sitex GPS/Fishfinder, (2) new VHF Radios with AIS and DSC capability. Lower cabin with upper and lower bunks, enclosed head with privacy curtain, toilet and countertop/mirror.
