The full restoration on this classic beauty was completed in April of 2016. She has only spent 11 seasons in the water, and is in amazing condition. "Phoenix" is a Bob Perry design with a solid fiberglass hull, tanks in great shape, teak decks re-caulked, re-bedded, and refinished, all woodwork restored, brand new electronics...the list goes on!
Phoenix was restored at her current owner's home, while out of the water. Her owners are moving on to a trawler, and she is ready to take her next owners on a new adventure. Her teak decks have been re-caulked and refinished, her bow deck has been re-cored, and she solid and dry. 12 coats of varnish have been applied to her interior sole doors and cabinets.
She has a custom teak navigation console which opens for easy access to wiring of electronics. Her hull has been freshly painted blue. Inside, she's fitted with new microfiber and leather upholstery. Her spars have been completely refinished. She has new Sunbrella hatch covers and sleeps 6 with a custom folding double berth in salon.
- 27 HP Isuzu Pisces with only 780 original hours (engine was maintained and hand-cranked every 90 days while in storage)
