The Dave Pedrick designed Cheoy Lee 36' is a very comfortable, spacious blue water cruiser.  The owner is open to offers for "The Good Life."   Equipped with an easily-accessible, recently serviced Universal engine and generous, freshly-varnished living quarters, this boat is perfect for welcoming your friends and family aboard for a day, weekend or longer!  The yacht comfortably sleeps six people with a double V-berth, two singles settees in the main salon, and a comfortable aft double berth.  The engine was recently serviced with a new alternator, new starter, and new filters.  Holding tank has been replaced within last two years.  This yacht is currently in the water and ready to get underway so call today!
