This CHB CUSTOM 48 is a rare factory modified 45 ft EURO SEDAN trawler with 2 feet added to the aft deck, lazarette & running gear. This extension provides a full 7 feet from salon double doors to transom, creating an extremely spacious aft deck area with a removable teak pedestal table with seating for up to 6 people.
The well appointed all teak interior two stateroom, two head interior plan make her an excellent choice for any cruiser, sportfisher, or live-aboard.
JAZZZ features an open and airy galley layout with granite counters and extensive storage space. Access to the aft deck from the salon is through double glazed teak doors that open makng the salon and aft deck into a continuous space for entertaining.
The forward master stateroom offers an ultra-firm centerline queen berth with plenty of storage, hanging lockers, and a mirrored vanity. The en suite head includes a stall shower with teak seat. The guest stateroom features a double berth with more storage and vanity. The guest head is across the hall and also serves as a day head. Both heads are well appointed with granite counters, stainless sinks and quiet flush electric toilets.
Side deck access from the lower helm is through a sliding door on starboard. Forward on the cabin top is a 12 ft center console tender with Mercury 30 hp 4 stroke outboard. A low profile electric crane is adjacent.
