This 2004 Century 3200Cc is a well maintained fishing and cruising center console. For those not familiar with Century boats, this boat was built (pre-2008) when Century Boats were designed and built by a Company that produced the highest quality and best designed boats in the industry at reasonable price point. These boats were overbuilt- resulting in a hull that has outlasted many boats built after the market collapse of 2008 when boat builders became targets of hedge funds and non boating/fishing people - resulting in cheaper builds and lowering building standards and practices.
This 2004 is powered by twin 2017 Yamaha motors with 551 hours. They have been regularly serviced and have had all required updates to parts and issues found in the motors of this era.
My last boat was a 2005 Century, but I sold that to buy this one as my original boat only had 225's and the 300's make all the difference on this boat from a performance standpoint. After owning this boat, its hard to go elsewhere and get a comparable dry riding and roomy boat without spending double the money.
The boat was originally fished in the Canyons of NJ and then brought to Florida by the owner I purchased it from as he was downsizing. Over the last 3 years, this boat has performed very well and has caught a ton of fish.
The Century 3200 is a heavy boat- 8500lbs (just the boat) and weighs in at about 11,500 with engines, fuel, equipment and people. The 300's cruise at 28-30 mph at 4800-5000 rpms and fuel consumption is about 32 GPH. Top end is 38 but the boat gets thirsty at that point, so it is seldom run at top speed.
The Century is a 32 but with a 10.5 beam and one of the deepest hull configurations in a boat of its size, it feels to everyone who has ever been on one to be more like a 35ft boat. It has very wide pass through around the center console, not requiring you to turn sideways as you pass from bow to stern and has a 6'3'' stand up below with head and berth area below for lots of storage. More impressive is the bow to stern floor storage - the most of any boat in its class. With a large dual live well and over 20 rod holders along with a custom built bait prep station at the rear, this boat fishes like a dream. There is room with its wide stance and deep standing height for 3-4 men to fish the cockpit comfortably with a gunnel that meets the body of most people at the waist- so you are in the boat safely and comfortable, no matter the conditions. The bow is also roomy allowing for comfortable seating with headrests for lounging on the seats.
The windlass anchor and large pulpit upfront with railing make anchoring and retrieving the anchor cinch.
The boat has seadeck installed in 2023 and a new wrap completed in 2024.
The boat has solid electronics - all for different uses, in addition to charts showing the hard bottom for offshore fishing on the west coast of Florida and the keys.
The boat is bottom painted (2025) and in the water so a water test is an easy request- for serious buyers only.
