Owner just replaced Main Sail & Genoa and stainless steel portlights throughout vessel were re-sealed previously and maintenance up to date with recent upgrades. Equipped with Espar Diesel Heat System, Max Prop, Full Dodger, Davit System, Walker Bay Tender w/Suzuki 9.9 HP Outboard and molded Teak Steps off transom.
Below decks is a roomy Salon with plenty of seating, pull out additional berth, collapsible dinette, full equipped Galley with 2 Grunert Refrigeration units, Propane Stove/Oven, Nav Station with Full Electronics, and almost a walk-in engine room. She's a 2 Stateroom 2 Head layout with aft Stateroom with centerline berth w/ensuite head w/separate shower and forward V/Berth with forward head. Plenty of secure storage and hanging lockers throughout vessel and owner relocated forced to sell.
