This 2003 Catalina MKII 36 has lived a charmed life at the famous Wentworth By The Sea Marina in New Castle, NH. She is one of the most popular production built sloops which we have taken in trade and is on the water ready to set sail. This vessel has a shoal keel, spade rudder and a keel stepped mast. Her interior offers a full galley to port side. The galley features twin deep stainless steel sinks with LPG 2 burner stove and ice box. A Navigation chart table on the port side with the main AC/DC power control panel. The dinette table on the port side settee converts to a double berth with additional seating on the starboard side. Additional berth available in V-berth area as well as aft cabin. A walk in head with electric flush toilet. There is adequate storage throughout the vessel including hanging clothes lockers. The interior has cherry woodwork as well as cherry holly sole in good condition. The interior cushions are in good condition. See complete listing for additional equipment included.
