The Catalina 36 MKII is one of Catalina's most popular designs and is equally at home on a club course or coastal cruising. She is easy to sail by a couple, has a big comfortable cockpit, a spacious interior with two private cabins. A dodger with bimini and full enclosure will keep you protected from the elements and provide nice shade from the sun. A walk-through transom with swim platform and boarding ladder means you can easily board from the stern or at the port and starboard gates. The wide weather decks with handrails and double lifelines make passage to the bow safe and easy for handling lines. Below, you will find a spacious salon with convertible dinette to port, a convertible settee with table to starboard, and private staterooms fore and aft. The U-shaped galley has working refrigeration, stove, double sink, and ample counter space along with plenty of storage opportunities. The enclosed head with ensuite access to the forward stateroom has room to move around and a shower seat.
