• 6/20 Replace anchor and spreader lights. Update all running lights with LED, install lazy jacks, install extra halyard, replace toilet and install new sail pack.
• 7/20 Install AIS (Vesper Marine XB-800)
• 11/20 Install new VHF wire in mast. Install new VHF radio (Standard Horizon GX1800 with a remote mic at helm, as well as a handheld VHF (Standard Horizon HX890E)
• 12/20 Rebuild engine (Universal M35. 30 HP serial# XA8799) rebuilt engine has 311 hrs on it. Replace instrument panel, replace stem plate and forestay, install new roller furling (Harken 2 MKIV) rebuild starter and windless motor.
• 3/21 install new B&G sailing instruments (Valcan 9 chart plotter, DST800 Depth/Speed/Temp Transducer, WS310 wired masthead unit and two Triton2 Displays.)
• 9/21 last haul out at Swantown boat works, (sand bottom down to gelcoat, apply two coats of barrior paint (Pettet Protect) two coats of bottom paint (Pettet Trinidad Pro, replace stuffing box and repack packing gland)
• 3/22 Major electrical upgrade. (Install 6 Lifeline GPL-4CT AGM deep cycle batteries for a total house bank of 660Ah., New Xantrex Freedom XC Pro marine 2000W inverter/charger, install ProSafe 30 Galvanic isolator, New Balmar 621-120-J10 120A Alternator with MC-614 external regulator, New shore power outlet with new wire to the panel, Add battery isolator , ACR, rewire main panel, Install 4 solar panels for 445W of power, 4 Victron MPPT75/15 charge controllers.)
• 6/22 replace Raymarine ST4000 wheel drive.
• 1/23 Install new Lowrance Halo 20+ Dome Radar.
• 4/23 Install new boom top lift, new main sheet and traveler lines.
• 8/23 install used life raft (Viking 6-person coastal serial# 12422277) SERVISABLE.
• 2/24 Install new house water pump and add a 2Gal. pressure tank.
• 8/24 Replace Whale Gusher manual bilge pump in cockpit.
• 1/25 Replace Hydronic Deisel Heater (Webasto Thermo Top EVO and new fuel pump.
