OWNER MOTIVATED TO SELL.
The Catalina 34 is considered by many to out sail the 36 and as a life time sailor myself, I agree, With all the comfort, room and accommodations below deck that rival the condo quality of the 36, less maybe 15% less space, the trade off is a robust, fast nimble sailing qualities that handle light to stiff wind from all points of sail and she will point higher as well, making getting there always a shorter distance.
This exceptional 34 is a stand out among those available and head and shoulders above any we have seen in the past 2 years. She is priced to move and I would not expect this one to last.
Owned and loved by a long time sailor for the past 20 years, it is clear upon boarding that this boat has been well loved and maintained. With the exception of some varnish work needed topside, it is hard to find one in this condition.
Owner has an 18 mile Raymarine radar and C70 Chartplotter (used) but operational that is ready to be installed and a full cockpit cover is included.
