Check out this nicely appointed 1987 Catalina 34 sloop available for sale in Michigan. Many upgrades with newer electronics and sails. Fin keel. She's rigged to single hand. The current 3rd owner has bought a replacement vessel so this one needs to go.
Features include a bimini and dodger with connector, electric primary winches, Raymarine GPS and depth, autopilot, compass, VHF radio, and 4 batteries with smart charger.
The cabin has 3 berths to sleep up to 6, with a head, dinette, oven and stove. The fridge / freezer is current not working.
Sails include a main sail and genoa (both new in 2018), and original spinnaker. Included is a stack pack sail cover.
Powered by a Universal XP 25 horsepower diesel motor, with a 23 gallon fuel capacity. She'll burn approximately 5 gallons per hour at cruise speed. 5,000 lb ballast.
Per seller, the hull has been painted with several coats of EZPoxy. She needs some TLC to the decks but nothing major.
