320 Sloop Cruiser, a two-owner vessel, full batten main and a 135 genoa. Four winches and lazy jack!
Catalina shook things up in 1993 when they introduced the 320. The 320 hull design enables it to track well under sail or power.
The 320's performance is appreciated by Racers and port-to-port cruisers. This girl began her life in the Great Lakes, and the current owner has put her to work on an inland freshwater lake. That said, she is well-suited for coastal waters.
The overall design provides for an exceptionally large cockpit with ergonomically designed seating. This is very important since you will spend most of your time here.
The interior layout includes a V-berth cabin forward, followed by the main saloon with a settee to port and a convertible U-shaped dinette to starboard. The galley is aft to port and has a stove, oven, top-loading icebox, and double sink.
The head and the quarter berth cabin are opposite the galley. The head includes a toilet, sink, and an integral shower.
This layout makes this a very comfortable space for a couple or a family to enjoy spending time on the water.
The boat's steering wheel is pedestal-mounted, and the centerline helm seat is mounted just forward of the removable stern rail, making it a handy swim platform and boarding ladder.
The side decks are uncluttered except for the necessary genoa track, and the mast shrouds are well inboard for easy passage and improved sheeting angles. There is a storage locker on the foredeck for anchor and rode storage.
This two-owner girl is ready for you and your family. Schedule your showing today before she is gone.
