We've had a very good year selling new boats. But consequently we have too many trades. So we're selling a terrific group of trade-in boats at the same price we pay for them.

She has only had two owners with the most recent owners owning the boat for 10 years. There are very few hours on the engine. She has been very well maintained, the hull has been sanded and painted regularly, engine parts have been replaces as needed and hatches and windows replaced and re-caulked to keep the boat watertight. Sails have been inspected and washed annually and mended when necessary. The jib sheet is 10 years old and the main sheet is original to the boat. Maintenance records are available for inspection upon request.
The hull is medium blue with a dark blue strip at the waterline and it's sails are white.
