With over 6,400 hulls constructed, the Catalina 30 is one of the most produced and enjoyed sailboats of all time.
The Catalina's indelible mark on the sailing world is underscored by a strong, resourceful National Catalina
community. The Pau Hana was originally based in Long Beach, CA sailing as far north as Alaska and south
to Mexico. She was then purchased and moved to Lake Pleasant, AZ in 2002. She was moored at Pleasant Harbor
until 2019 where she moved again to her current home at Scorpion Bay. She has been meticulously maintained
and cared for by her fifth and current owner since 2017. Pau Hana is equipped with the original Universal 5411
diesel engine (rebuilt in 2017). Her salon, berth and cockpit were reupholstered in 2018. Standard rigging and
sails were refitted by Precision Sails in 2019. New prop shaft and cutlas bearing 2026, recent haulout for shaft work. An overhaul of her plumbing, electric, brightwork, salon and
cockpit flooring, deck and hull were performed in 2020. Maintenance logs since 2017 are available for viewing.
