$2000 price drop! Must sell by the last day in July! Come take a look at our newly listed & wonderfully maintained 1976 Catalina 27' Sloop! The current owner has owned the boat for the last 13 years and has done everything from A to B keeping this boat in tiptop shape. The sails are in great shape, currently in their respective bags inside the cabin. This Catalina is powered by the indestructible Atomic 4, with just 400 original hours! The seller specified that he only burned through about 2 gallons of gas per season which is great given our current economy. Typically with boats of the age, you may find that the interiors are grimy and have fallen into disrepair due to several changes of ownership over the course of its life, but that's not the case here. New electronics both inside and outside of the cabin will leave you comfortable enough to sail to Block Island tomorrow. Every component inside of this boat works as it should including the head, and kitchenette area.
You will also take comfort in noticing that the cushions are all in nearly brand-new condition along with the bulkheads and decks being very clean. She's Turn-Key and ready to sail!
