The popular 43/47 Carver Motor Yacht gives you 50 footer accommodations in a 40 foot price.Carver introduced this model in 2006 as the "43 Motor Yacht", although the boat actually measures 49'6". It was re-badged in 2007 as the "47 Motor Yacht" with no change in the actual boat aside from some superficial styling modifications. The design was inspired by the BMW design group who added modern and stylish elongated hull side windows giving extra interior natural light, luxurious two stateroom two head layout, roomy saloon, and a large galley.
The full beam aft stateroom offers direct access to the aft cockpit and swim platform as well as an en-suite head with stall shower. The interior is a blend of rich cherry wood cabinetry offsetby brand new Berber carpeting throughout and neutral color scheme. New stamoid canvas top and enclosure curtains have recently been installed and all upholstery and soft goods are in impeccable condition. No expense has been spared on her upkeep. She carries the optional 480HP Yanmar inboards giving her the most power offered by Carver Yachts. Yanmar is widely known to offer the best in class horse power to weight ratios and cruise speeds in the 24 to 25Kt range with top end approaching 30Kts.
